Your hair isn't that bad. Albeit it's not the best look, I wouldn't want hair like that. But you know, it gives life to your features. Brightens up the sleepy face a little and makes you look more alive. You're kinda like me... round faced... hair that's too short makes us look like... coconuts i guess would be the word. Hair in the face makes us look old and tired. it won't take long to grow your bangs out again, but maybe think of having some pretty hair pins to hold some if up. ^_^ just my two cents.
