Diet Progress - June

After about a month on the “High Protein” diet, I am proud (but not very, just a little bit…) to say that I have dropped around 3-5kgs in the past month. It might seem little to do but let me tell you this.

My diet isn’t a STRICT diet. I eat a high protein diet ONLY when I am at home and that is in the EVENINGS. During luck, I eat like all the other people in the world. Carbs, candy, chocolates, and MORE carbs. And on the weekends, I have food like an average person due to the fact that my mom thinks that I deserved it after “suffering a whole week of no fun food“.

And not only that, I have ONLY just started walking to classes and back home LAST week. So yea, it’s a weak diet but I still lost some :D amazing isn’t it? Well I’m glad I did, at least now my mom is convinced that it works, I can continue this half-assed lifestyle :P

I know, I know, I’m a HORRIBLE daughter!! Leading her mother on like that. Tsk tsk tsk!! Well, what can I say? I might not be doing what my mom thinks I’m doing, but I still lost some didn’t I? So she can’t really complain now, can she? :D

Damn it…I love being me ^^!!!

    3 - 5 kg in a month is good. any more than that is becoming unhealthy. Healthy weight loss is not supposed to exceed more than 1 kg a week. if you shed the weight too quickly (not due to illness) your skin cannot keep up and all you get is loose leftover flabby stuff! it’s awful! Then you need surgery to get rid of it. Slow and steady is the way. Also good that you’re low carb diet isn’t too strict. I’ve heard rumors it’s not too flash for the kidneys… or was it the liver? bah… can’t remember it. I never lasted more than a month!

    I’d like it slow and easy too but now is the age to lose the fats, any older and it’ll be harder so yea, I’m happy as long as I can lose some xD

    I’m TRYING to last perhaps 2 months? I ono WHEN I’ll quit lol. If it was strict, I would have left it a LONG time ago xD

    Gawd that’s a good thing, a diet.

    How I wish I gained some pounds. Even though no matter how I eat so much, I just won’t get fat.

    I guess I’m 118lbs. forever… at 5″11 ~_~

    I’m very underweight.

    Awww Caddy, I remember seeing your picture and you’re stick thin D: what kind of food do you eat? Some people don’t gain due to malnutrition =/

    And 118 lbs is almost equivalent to 54 kgs
