Played hooky today not for fun. No, not at all.

I drank, and drank, and drank.

But my body wouldn’t let me keep it in.

No matter how much water goes into me, it’ll all come out again within the next minute.

I am so completely dehydrated that I feel faint and everywhere I look, the place seems to be distorted and spinning.

I can’t take it anymore! I’m so THIRSTY!!! For the past hour, I have went to the toilet for almost 30 times. It’s just a hellish experience

I’m so dehydrated. I’m so thirsty. I want water. I need water. Water…

WATER…

My diet isn’t a STRICT diet. I eat a high protein diet ONLY when I am at home and that is in the EVENINGS. During luck, I eat like all the other people in the world. Carbs, candy, chocolates, and MORE carbs. And on the weekends, I have food like an average person due to the fact that my mom thinks that I deserved it after “suffering a whole week of no fun food“.

And not only that, I have ONLY just started walking to classes and back home LAST week. So yea, it’s a weak diet but I still lost some amazing isn’t it? Well I’m glad I did, at least now my mom is convinced that it works, I can continue this half-assed lifestyle

I know, I know, I’m a HORRIBLE daughter!! Leading her mother on like that. Tsk tsk tsk!! Well, what can I say? I might not be doing what my mom thinks I’m doing, but I still lost some didn’t I? So she can’t really complain now, can she?

Damn it…I love being me ^^!!!

The first one we went to, was a short visit. About like…20 minutes I guess? Well, when we were there, the lady talked to us and weighted me down. And guess what?! I’m OVERWEIGHT!!! Zomg? So she talked to us about how I can’t just go for the “slim and tone” package cause I’m overweight and that I’d have to go for the machine treatment D:

After the talk about packages and meal diets, we went into pricing and I can say that the pricing in the first one is cheaper than the other two. However, we didn’t decide anything as of yet cause there’s money involved and my dad is the one paying if I decided to go for this kind of slimming.

The next place we went was RIGHT next to the first one. I liked this one best cause they at least spend about an hour plus on their consultations. And at least this one, they took down my information, asked me stuffs and even made me STRIP!!! So I stripped and they got to see where are my trouble areas and such and even made a diagram of where I would be toning down. But guess what, this is ALSO the most expensive of all the three programs. Yet, I see potential in going for that.

The third one however, I didn’t like. The place reeks of strong medicine and the consultant couldn’t even stay long enough to explain everything to us. There were two consultants and they had to switch between them to talk to me. And in between were waiting periods and like, WTF? I’m a potential customer here!! Take me seriously!!

By the end of the evening, our stomachs were growling and it’s about 9pm when we reached home -yawns- and thus ends our journey. Nothing planned, nothing paid.

But this Saturday onwards, I’ll be going back on my High Protein Diet. Nothing but meat and vegetables all the way until I’ve lost at least 5kgs I think? Oh well, I’m off now. Gotta do some stuff like cleaning my room and shitz. Blog more laters. Chiao!

92 NS trainees quarantined at camp

MALACCA: Ninety-two trainees are quarantined at the Putra-Putri national service camp in Taboh Naning, Alor Gajah, due to conjunctivitis.

Seventy other affected trainees there have recovered from the infection, state health and medical services director Dr Noraini Baba said, adding that a total of 162 trainees had contracted the eye disease.

“It started when two of the trainees went back home for holidays and came back with the infection. Conjunctivitis is very contagious,” she told reporters after attending the 1st Asean Optometric Conference held at a hotel here yesterday.

The outbreak was detected on April 20.

At the conference being attended by 150 optometrists from various countries, Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam said it was important for the public to be taught how to prevent the spread of diseases.

In his speech read out by state Health, Human Resources and Consumer Affairs Committee chairman Datuk Seah Kwi Tong, he said the conference was significant, as it would help achieve the aim.

“The role of optometrists is very critical,” he added.

During the event, Malaysian Optometrists Association president Chung Kah Meng launched the Malaysian Academy of Optometry.

PLEASE!! DON’T tell me that this is JUST a coincidence!! I’ve already foresaw this happening SOONER or LATER and indeed, it has came out on the newspaper regarding Conjunctivitis. Why do I say this?

It wasn’t long ago when I had the Conjunctivitis TOO!! However, I stayed at home and therefore could not have spread it to ANYONE. My sister however, the WHOLE cause of the problem had infected the whole world with it Remember how I said she and her friends thought this was funny? It’s not so funny now is it? People are still getting infected when we have all healed up here.

However, since they did not mention WHO from WHERE brought it into camp, I owe it to my sister the benefit of a doubt and not mock laugh point a finger at her and fall down laughing chastise her for this. However people, PLEASE remember to not directly TOUCH your fingers, hand, arm, anything at all to your naked eye!! If you are not careful, you will get it too!!!

My sister hasn’t read this on the newspaper yet but I bet that when she does, she’d be laughing her head off and going “FUNNY what!!!!” -.-” yes, she has some kind of sick humor and I’ve lived with it for the past 15 years! And if any of you find that my sister’s humor is offending you, I apologize for her because she is still a youngling and has yet to mature.
