Brief Explanation
The Barney Syndrome a.k.a. the Deliriously Happy Freaks, is the occurrence of individuals who tend to be happy for no reason most of the times. The term was first coined early 2007 when it turned out that people who have been exposed to too much stress were at an increased risk of getting “Panda Eyes” and “Acute Sleep Withdrawal”. Though this disease isn’t widely known, it is said that the amount of people currently having this disease is increasing.
Causes
The Barney Syndrome is a relatively uncommon syndrome up till recently, researchers have found out that this syndrome have been evident in many places all over the world. It can result in many facial abnormalities and hallucinations.
Abnormalities are often caused or worsened by increased stressed or burdens as well as the unexpected bad news and shock. Disorders that causes the individual to overuse their brains and strength can cause the Barney Syndrome, including, assignments, theses and exams.
The Barney Syndrome is more commonly found in young adults or those who have reached their late teens, where the cause is often non-specific.
Symptoms
- Dizziness or Light-headedness
- Fatigue
- Fake Fever
- Flu
- Cough
- Facial Abnormalities
- Pimples;
- White Spots;
- Blackheads;
- Facial Hair Growth;
- Sunken Eyes;
- Dark Eye Bags.
- Other Abnormalities
- Frequent burst of laughter at every little thing;
- Experiences the “Ecstacy” effect;
- Hallucinations;
- Random babbling of illiterate words;
- Has no sense of what is real or fake;
- The more tired you are, the more hyper you become;
- The sprouting of overly colorful cuss words;
- Sees life colorful with a twist of unreal such as in “Barney“;
- Gets HIGH from overdose of assignments and exams;
- Instant giggling fit as deadlines approaches;
- Often goes off topic and starts a sing-along-song;
- Often goes around with cue cards, formal clothing and shoes stuffed in their bags.
More would be listed soon as researchers have finished their research on this baffling syndrome.
Diagnosis
Constant monitoring of the Insanityalertiogram (IAG) may be necessary to detect the Barney Syndrome. The IAG may show any of the following :
- Extra activity in the brain (overactivity);
- Constant flickering of the eyes due to fatigue;
- Constant giggling without reasons or anything said to the individual.
Treatment
There are only 2 treatments currently available to cure the “Barney Syndrome”
- More sleep (At least 8 hours nightly with occasional 30 minute naps during the day);
- “Start your assignments and studying at least 3 weeks early!! Or REGRET, damn you!!”

A Sign That You’re Going Mad…

This morning, like a morning long time ago, was weird…I was up at around 11am something and I woke up late cause I’m SICK!! Yes, I’ve skipped TWO days of classes now and I don’t even have an MC cause I hate seeing doctors and Panadol is our savior!!
So anyways, this morning, I woke up and started to point at my ceiling and guess what I said? Really, you can’t even begin to KNOW what I said xD I said :
“Lo and behold! What’s that I see in the sky?!“
Yea o_O I know…weird huh? What’s weirder was that I did the erm Gestalt’s “Empty Chair” theory, whereby, in this case, is the “Empty Space in Front of Me” theory where I constantly reply to myself. Heres how it went, can’t remember all cause I was still half asleep D:
“Lo and behold! What’s that I see in the sky?!”
“Is it an ant? A lizard? Or a flying saucer which looks like a two headed giraffe with a lion’s roar?!”
“Really?! Where?!”
“THERE!! Just above us!!”
“I see it!! No wait, that’s just a hole in the sky!”
“A hole?! Where?! Oh dear Lord!! We’re ALL going to die!!”
“Erm hello?”
“No time for pleasantries!! We’re ALL gonna DIE!! The WORLD is coming to an END!!”
“Excuse me…”
“We need a HERO!! We need HIRO!!!”
-Coughs- “Take off your specs dearie…”
“WHY?! Aren’t you listening to me?!”
“Yes I am, honey but won’t you just give me your glasses?”
-Hands over an imaginary glasses- (Note : Sleepers like me don’t sleep with glasses, we’ll ruin the shape D: )
-Wipes imaginary glasses with an imaginary cloth- “There you go honey”
-Wears the imaginary glasses- “Sweet mother in heaven! The hole is GONE!! YOU SAVED US!!”
-Falls back down into bed and snooze-
The End!
After that weird behavior, I kinda woke myself up after 10 minutes later and thought I was going mad from the fever D:
“Doctor!! I’m going MAD aren’t I?!” -talks to a self-
“Yes Jessica, this is DEFINITELY an obvious symptom or MADNESS.”
“OMG! Are you sure doc?!”
“Positive.”
“What are the other proof?!”
“The fact that you’re talking to yourself as if you’re a certified psychiatrist is one of the symptoms.”
“Oh dear…I see what you mean…”
-Laughs hysterically and goes into the kitchen and have lunch-

I know, I scare myself too…
Told you it was a weird morning…I only came to my senses like, after lunch when my dog stole my food and ate it leaving me to eat CARBOHYDRATES (Maggie Mee)!!! Yes, the dumb dog stole my food when I left it there on the table -.-” I really DISLIKE that dog D< I would have abused her a LONG time ago if I were a CRUEL person. But I’m not, I’m just EVIL.

My First Sprite

Well, as you all know (okay, maybe not ALL >_> I’m just being delusional), I play a game called Ragnarok Online. And I play private servers and plan to have my very own server. However due to the lack of a hoster, I couldn’t continue. Hopefully I’ll get a hoster in the near future D: Anyways, RO is a very unique game, you can actually modify it to be anything you want. And I have taken this initiative to make WINGS!! Yes indeed. W-I-N-G-S. Still don’t get it? You know the ones that angels have on their back that helps them elevate themselves into the air and pester you whenever you are thinking naughty thoughts! Yes those. I have made a few actually but only one which I have completed it’s frames.
Behold!! The Flaming Wings of DOOM!!! Nah I’m just joking. This is merely called Flaming Wings. Doesn’t it look like it burning to you? It does to me =D This is only the first of a whole set of wings with different themes using the same style. However, I have other styles too, I just haven’t started on those yet. What do you think? Doesn’t it look pretty? Oh and, please note that I used a MALE Archer because that’s the only sprite I could get my hands on.

Just a random post…

Laaaaaaaaaaast Friday was Woan Ling’s Birthday. And it was also, the day where she got a NEW wallet from Joanne as a birthday gift. Lol why? Well, that’s cause, due to Woan Ling’s “mong cha cha ness” (cluelessness), she got her SECOND wallet lost, the first being lost too!!
And we also gave her THIS :

When I went for class on Monday, I was shocked to see Joanne. Why? Cause she looked VERY pregnant!! I have no idea why but I kept staring at her cause of the way she was wearing that causes her to look pregnant hahaha. Here’s a picture of her.
And here is one where she is posing there with her “lou gong” (husband) who MAY be the one who got her pregnant o_O
Hahaha, both of them, the clothes they wore that day got my imagination running xD First was Joanne, making me think that she looks pregnant and next was Woan Ling, looking like a bartender Both of them make a REALLY cute couple xD And the funny thing was, Woan Ling impregnated Joanne the night before!! Looks quite big liao horr?
Some more this two har, like, don’t like then say divorce, remarried, get 2nd wife/husband. get mistress, go berfoya-foya, get abortion, aborted, re-pregnant again and stuff. All depending on if they want something bad enough xD

Yesterday, Tuesday, Woan Ling, her parents, Joanne and I went to makan at Sri Karak. Why? Cause it was storming last evening so we, Joanne and me tumpang Woan Ling’s parents car and instead of taking us back, we became the fourth and fifth wheel cause the parents actually wanted to take Woan Ling out only seeing as it was her dad’s birthday. But too bad la. We’re taking over the ship!!
Anyways, 3 of us act smart la, over-estimated our eating abilities and the limits by ordering FOUR dishes when only THREE of us eating nia. We were practically SUFFERING there!!
This was when we already dug into the food, forgetting to take memorable pictures of it. Clockwise from top : Vegetables, fried sotong, clay pot chicken, meat and onion wrapped in egg.

What is he thinking?! I can’t help staring at the utter horribleness of this headband-guy combination…is he trying to imitate actors in Korean or Japanese dramas? Urgh!! I feel like ripping it off!!
OH NO!! He SEES us!! HIDE!!! Hide before he blinds us with his bad head fashion sense!!

A Personal Challenge…

Oh dear, I just got myself wound into a challenge. A challenge where, as a casual graphics person, I could NEVER ignore!! NEVER!!!
What am I talking about? Well, seeing as how I can’t have my blog on my MAIN domain. A friend of mine issued a small challenge and told me to make good use of that domain and change it into a website. At first I didn’t say anything cause I’m going to be way busy this semester again. I shrugged it off as a “Maybe” kinda thing.
However, she caught up with me again today and issued the challenge AGAIN!! This time however, she decided to put some stakes on it. She wanted to wager RM30 for EVERY WEBPAGE DONE!!! So of course I was suckered in >_> I mean, say “NO” to easy money?! You got to be kidding me!! I would NEVER let an opportunity like this SLIDE!! It was too good to resist. Without hesitating, I accepted.
So now, I’m going to dedicate at least an hour on my main domain name creating a WHOLE website for my blog and other stuff that I’m into. In other words, the whole website will be all about me and what I like
Not only that, I would be adding other stuff to it too, but that’s too early to be revealed all will be revealed in due time. As for now, I’m off to bed to have a nap before I have to go watch a late night movie with my gal pals later in One Utama (I THINK it’s at One Utama >_> seriously, they didn’t tell me where seeing as they would be fetching me ).
We’re going to watch Pirates of the Caribbean!! It’s been a long time since I watched a movie. And besides, I’ve heard good reviews about this movie so I can’t wait !! Oh well, till laters~

“My List” – The List of ALL Lists!

Back then, when my domain and blog host was set up, I had posted about this before. Unfortunately, the person who created the “My List” thought my blog wasn’t old enough yet. So I concurred. And again, unfortunately, something bad happened to my domain!! Causing me to lose EVERYTHING in the domain and thus have to begin all over again. If I hadn’t had to begin from the beginning, I would have had more articles than I do now ;_;
But anyways, the past is in the past and that is where it should stay, in the past. So why don’t we talk about this My List campaign again? This campaign is about connecting all Malaysian bloggers out there in the world as well as help bring out blogs that people never knew existed and so on and so forth. It’s about bloggers unity and it terms of friendship between all fellow bloggers, mainly Malaysians.
And boy, has this been going on FOREVER!! And now, the list is so long, it’ll take YEARS to explore them all. But no matter, we have the time, don’t we? So now, I shall present you with THE list and everything in it !!
